This trip will launch my signature Soft Life Series—a gathering designed to celebrate self-care, honor our joy, and explore the ocean’s treasures with presence and intention. You’ll learn how to dive in Aruba’s beautiful turquoise waters. By the end of the trip you’ll leave with a scuba certification that allows you to dive anywhere in the world. After diving, we’ll unplug and pour into ourselves through purposeful moments: a beachside massage, a golden hour butterfly release, and journaling alongside the softness of the sunset.
